Carol has been part of the Ray White Group for the past 20 years, her knowledge of real estate, business systems and management have lead her into various areas of the business.
Carol worked as part of a dynamic commercial team managing an extensive portfolio for five years and then progressed to working with a highly successful award winning residential team and selling principal focusing on the staffing structure, management systems, training and implementing tools for improved productivity across the business.
Carol joined the Robina team in early 2013 to work with the Principal implementing further systems and structures across the already successful family run business. Working closely amongst the residential, commercial, property management team, and the highly successful projects team, Carol is eternally positive and enthusiastic. Setting a high standard in all that she does to exceed expectations and achieve what others would perceive as unattainable goals for not only the office but clients as well. Recognition of this came when she was awarded Ray White Queensland Personal Assistant of the Year, and furthering this in winning the Administration Team for Ray White Queensland and then Ray White International Administration Team of the Year which only enforces the strong team Ray White Robina has.
On a personal note, Carol comes from a successful sporting background which is no doubt the driving force behind her determination to succeed as well as working with a highly successful group of professionals.
