Carol Birrell

Carol has been an integral part of the Ray White Group since 2000, bringing extensive expertise in real estate, business systems, and management across multiple sectors of the business. She began her journey with the company as part of a dynamic commercial team, where she managed a substantial portfolio for five years. Following this, she transitioned to a highly successful, award-winning residential team, working closely with a top-selling principal. In this role, Carol focused on optimizing staffing structures, refining management systems, conducting training, and implementing tools to enhance productivity.

In early 2013, Carol joined the Robina team with the mission of further advancing systems and structures within the already successful family-run business. She collaborates closely with the residential, commercial, property management, and projects teams, bringing a level of positivity and enthusiasm that is both inspiring and infectious. Carol is known for setting high standards and consistently exceeding expectations, often achieving what others consider unattainable. Her exceptional contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades, including Ray White Queensland Personal Assistant of the Year, as well as leading her team to win both the Ray White Queensland and Ray White International Administration Team of the Year awards.

On a personal level, Carol’s successful background in competitive sports fuels her relentless drive for success, enabling her to thrive in a high-performing team of professionals.
