Louise is the heart of our operations here at Team Karyn O’Dea. With over 20 years of experience in local real estate, she’s built her real estate career from the ground up, starting out in administration and marketing, then moving into office management and property management before stepping into her current role. That journey has given her a true understanding of what it takes to keep everything running smoothly for our clients and our team.

Behind the scenes, Louise is the one making sure every detail is taken care of — from organising selling campaigns and paperwork to keeping our systems in order and supporting all aspects of Team Karyn O'Dea. Her calm, friendly nature and incredible eye for detail mean nothing slips through the cracks, and our clients can relax knowing everything is under control.

What Louise loves most about her role is helping people through such an exciting chapter in their lives. She genuinely cares about our clients, and her warm, approachable style makes the whole process feel easier and more personal.
