Matt Meyer

Matt fully appreciates the challenging experience that is buying or selling property, having worked as a sales agent in Queensland and the ACT, and having bought and sold many properties himself in the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra markets over the last two decades. As a result, he strives to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for all involved, through strategic planning, meticulous organisation and attention to detail, excellent communication, sound judgement, strong negotiation skills – and his always warm, cheerful manner.

Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Matt spent more than 20 years working as an urban planning and design professional in both the government and private sectors, including the City of Gold Coast. As such, he has a valuable understanding of the Gold Coast City Plan and the development potential of a property.

Before working in planning, Matt spent several years working as a broadcast journalist. Matt is also a qualified garden designer, and has designed and project managed a number of residential landscape projects in Melbourne.
