Robina train station is the last stop on the Gold Coast line and is located next to the $160 million Skilled Park, the home of the Gold Coast Titans and a major entertainment facility which can cater for crowds of up to 27,000. Bond University is also located in the area. The suburb is made up of dwellings as well as parkland and open spaces with 20km of interconnection walking and bike trails and many lakes.

The town centre is currently undergoing a $250 million expansion project which will provide another 100 retail outlets. Easy T Centre has an ALDI, fresh fruit market, Cleanskin Cellars wine boutique and many others. Robina Quays and Robina Village Shopping Village have supermarkets and other everyday necessities.

Colonial Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course set amongst towering eucalypts, and picturesque lakes. Robina Woods is an 18-hole par 71 championship golf course carved out of the original woodlands of Robina. Visitors are welcome. The Glades is an 18-hole par 72 course situated on the Pacific Highway at Robina. The challenging golf course has nine hectares of wetlands to create a natural sanctuary within the golf course.
