Bond University is also located in the area. The suburb is made up of dwellings as well as parkland and open spaces with 20km of interconnection walking and bike trails and many lakes.

Robina Woods is an 18-hole par 71 championship golf course carved out of the original woodlands of Robina. Visitors are welcome. The Glades is an 18-hole par 72 course situated on the Pacific Highway at Robina. The challenging golf course has nine hectares of wetlands to create a natural sanctuary within the golf course.
